Admissions
The school’s full Admission Policy is available from school upon request.
School
Children are normally admitted to school at the beginning of the Autumn Term following their fourth birthday.
Parents who wish to apply for a place in school are advised to register their child with the school secretary by their second birthday. From the spring of 1998 all parents whether they reside in or out of the school’s catchment area must complete a school preference form. These can be located and completed on line on the Northumberland County Council’s web site. If a school place is provided, an induction programme of school visits will be arranged for your child during the summer term
Nursery
It is recommended that parents who wish to apply for a nursery place for their child should visit the Headteacher and complete an application form as soon as possible. Should there be a shortage of places, priority will be given to those parents living within the catchment area of the school.
A nursery session lasts for 3 hours per day. It would be helpful to us if children accepted for the five available sessions per week could attend these on a regular basis.
