Parent Singing Group
Every Thursday the school hall is filled with the sound of singing - adults singing! This friendly group of adults meets every week from 2:45 - 3:15. There are absolutely no auditions and never any compulsion to sing solo (unless you want to!). All adults are welcome - you do not have to have a child at the school to attend. Although the sessions are not aimed at young children they are welcome to come along with their carer.
The group is led by Becky Kroese (reception teacher) and Helen Bennett. We sing a variety of songs from many cultures - the emphasis is always on fun and enjoyment. There is no com pulsion to come every week, just come when you can.
The group has performed at the music evening at school (November) and in the methodist chapel (December 21st). Despite nerves it turned out to be a surprisingly enjoyable experience!
So come along and have a sing - we'd love to see you!
